How to upload your resume: 

Step by Step!

1. Write your resume and SAVE it as a Word document.

2. Open your Wix website and navigate to the Resume page (use the PAGES: box in the upper LEFT corner!)

3. Once you are on the Resume page, tap on + and select TEXT.  Put a text box where you want your resume added.

4. From your WORD document, highlight and copy your resume text (the words) by using the right click/copy OR by using CNTRL-C.  Put your cursor inside the box on your Wix Resume page and tap paste (CNTRL-V). The text should automatically paste onto the page.

5. Now UPLOAD the Word document: go to + again (upper right) and SCROLL DOWN to "More"

6. From More, scroll down to the Word ICON (the W symbol). Tap on that.

7. Your LIBRARY of documents will open up: in the upper RIGHT corner, you'll see "Add a document" (ORANGE). Tap on thata, then drop down and select your resume (which is saved on your computer).  Tap on that and it will upload to the LIBRARY.

8. Still in the Library, tap the LOWER RIGHT "Add to Page" BLUE button. Once you tap that, the document will be on your page. You can move it around to position it wherever you want it. 

9. SAVE, SAVE, SAVE.  If you want to test the page to be sure the resume is working, in the upper right you can tap "Preview" and then try the Word icon. Your resume should download to your computer like a regular download.  Done! Go back to Editor mode, and SAVE.

10. Eventually when this is published, you can add your REAL address and phone (and republish). That way if any scholarships or internships or jobs want to reach you, they can do so. They can forward your information or keep it as a digital or hard copy.
